happiness that we can connect with the other exercices and secrrets :
1. Be more active and keep busy

4. Get better organized and plan things out

5. Stop worrying

is no possibility to reach Nirvana when you worry

-we are tempted to present a better, but

12. Eliminate negative feelings and problems
- if
for no other reason, then because when you are negative, you can’t be also
positive

-When you
