Best Morning Rituals

As you watch in the mirror:

-          I love and accept myself completely

-          People with high self-esteem are rational, have creativity, benevolence.

-          Those with low self-esteem manifest rigidity, defensiveness, fear and even hostility

Physical exercise

-          It helps in so many ways
-          Endorphins- include from happy session and new pics
-          Men are better off with exercise before eating
-          Women might benefit more from physical exercise after eating something- probably light

How?

-          You could place shoes near or on the pillow J
-          Choose the path of least resistance


-          Establish if you are a morning or night person

-          Have you noticed how we make no more effort?
-          In cars, the driver had to make a little effort to open the window- but not anymore-
