Principii ale Psihologiei Pozitive aplicate in…Romania J 

Proiectul OMG -Smile! Sau Eudaimonia, poate Dude, Where's my Happiness...nu am gasit un nume final….ai vreo idée?  contacteaza-ma

E un proiect in lucru, aplicabil poate in afara Romaniei- dar date fiind pesimismul, perspectiva negativa: “la noi nu merge, e coruptie, se fura, drumuri proaste, etc, etc”- eu cred ca aici e mai multa nevoie decat in alte parti de ATITUDINE POZITIVA, OPTIMISM. Cum se spune in cursurile de Psihologie Pozitiva la Harvard (le gasiti pe Youtube): Be a merit-finder si nu un fault finder. John Stuart Mill:  There are people who make Hell out of Heaven and others who make Heaven out of Hell”. Propunerea este sa facem Heaven din ce avem, be it Hell…

De ce

  • E simplu, usor de folosit: Vorbele creaza lumi: “words create worlds”
  • E “nou”, cool si cu beneficii demonstrate stiintific
·         Daca se aplica la scara mai larga prin programe nationale, municipale:

·         Va fi mai lesne la nivel individual sa beneficiem de rezultate POZITIVE

·         Auzim in jur ce rau e la noi, ce drumuri proaste, cum se risipesc banii, coruptie, incompetenta.

·         Asteptarile negative sau poitive se implinesc, ne conditioneaza

·         Gandind pozitiv, vom avea alta perspectiva si rezultate mult mai bune

·         Formatorii de opinie insisi prezinta o realitate sumbra cu impact asupra psihicului colectiv

·         Am creat déjà un fel de “buzz word”- iata ca citesti despre asta

·         E  Simplu: implica schimbarea de atitudine de la Negativ la Pozitiv, Optimist

  • elimini gandurile negative, inlocuindu-le cu cele pozitive: "There is Nothing either Good or Bad, but thinking makes it so" -Shakespeare

·         Exemple in practica: Implicarea persoanelor isolate: izolarea este mai periculoasa decat fumatul, fapt dovedit de studii-daca se iau masuri, se pot preveni afectiuni, se economisesc bani la buget

·         Un exercitiu simplu, care poate fi mediatizat si aplicat 5 minute pe zi pentru a multumi unor persoane, sau pentru evenimente care s-au produs in timpul zilei-experimentele indica beneficii uriase!

·         E vorba de a obtine o stare mai buna de sanatate generala- nu numai psihica, mintala

·         Reguli exprimate de Nathaniel Branden in The 6 Pillars of Self Esteem

·         Martin Seligman are formula PERMA, explicata in Flourish

·         In perspectiva se pot include in programa scolara, macar cateva minute de

·         Psihologie Pozitiva Aplicata sau for Dummies, Beginners Guide…whatever  works

·         Se vor folosi principii simple- regula respectului pentru autoritate, de exemplu

·         Elemente mentionate de Robert Cialdini In cartea Influence

·         Deasemeni- How to Win Friends and Influence People de Dale Carnagie

·         Putem incepe cu un cerc relativ restrains, care urca la scara nationala in faza finala

·      Cei care are vor sa se implice pot contribui la dezvoltarea proiectului 

·         “Pay it Forward” - Filmul este un exemplu despre ce se poate intampla, este folosit ca exemplu la Harvard, in prelegerile aflate pe lista de mai jos

·         Eudaimonia poate functiona from the top down si viceversa- de elaborat...

·         O idée ar fi sa aplicam aceste principii liderilor politici, capilor bisericii L, formatorilor de opinie, etc care pot transmite, influenta  atitudinea maselor Pozitiv, Optimist



Despre noi

·         Am initiat déjà un prim club, am vorbit cu 30-50 de persoane despre Pozitivism

·         Cercul se largeste: il avem pe Emy, care comunica cu zeci de persoane in fiecare zi

·         Vrem sa cream un fel de << support group>> pentru un coleg care are probleme

·         Avem exemplul personal care a functionat in cateva cazuri

Valoarea stiintifica, poate functiona acest proiect?

·         Desi relativ noua, Psihologia Pozitiva a reusit sa demonstreze prin

·         Studii, experimente, tomografii, meta-analize

·         Validitatea principiului ca putem deveni mai fericiti

·         Budistii au dovedit de mii de ani ca principii ale compasiunii, meditatiei

·         Au rezultate fascinante: in tomograf, calugari budisti si cei care mediteaza constant au o activitate a creierului impresionanta

Principles:

·         Un prim principiu este sa faci Bine, este numit cel mai egoist act, pentru ca:

·         Atunci cand faci bine altuia, se rasfrange asupra ta: Te simti, esti “mai bine”

·         Mai multe “Beautiful Minds” se implica: mai grozav devine proiectul-

·         Sportul ajuta

·         DMD- Da Mai Departe-Pay it forward

This is a wonderful book. Most important of all, it gives you the possibility to find the activities that will help you increase your level of happiness. These are tested ways to improve your well being.

 

1.       Happiness Activity No 1: Expressing  Gratitude –counting your blessings for what you have either to a close other or privately, maybe in a journal, conveying gratitude to one or more individuals you haven’t properly thanked

2.       Happiness Activity No 2: Cultivating Optimism - you can keep a journal where you write about the best possible scenario for you coming into being

3.       Happiness Activity No 3: Avoid Overthinking and Social Comparison- using strategies such as distraction to cut down on how often you dwell on your problems and compare yourself with others

4.       Happiness Activity No 4: Practicing Acts of Kindness- doing good things for others either friends or strangers, either directly or anonymously, either spontaneously or planned

5.       Happiness Activity No 5: Nurturing Social Relationships-picking a relationship in need of strengthening and investing time and energy in heeling, cultivating affirming and enjoying it

6.       Happiness Activity No 6: Developing Strategies for Coping-practicing ways to endure or surmount hardship or trauma

7.       Happiness Activity No 7: Learning to Forgive –keeping a journal or writing a letter in which you work on letting go of anger and resentment toward one or more individuals who’ve hurt or wronged you

9.       Happiness Activity No 9: Savoring Life’s Joys-paying close attention, taking delight in life’s momentary pleasures and wonders, through thinking, writing, drawing or sharing with another

10.   Happiness Activity No 10: Committing to Your Goals-picking one, two or three significant goals that are meaningful to you and devoting time and effort to pursue them

11.   Happiness Activity No 11: Practicing Religion and Spirituality- becoming more involved in your church, temple or mosque or reading and pondering spiritually themed books

12.   Happiness Activity No 12: Taking care of Your Body- engaging in physical activity, meditating and smiling and laughing
